Not About Fixing Anything
You don't need this. Your skin was always fine. But if there's a texture your usual routine never quite reaches, and you'd rather spend three quiet minutes on it than think about it — that's what Lumire is for.
No gym, no appointment, no app to check. Just a small ritual that's entirely yours, a few times a week, for as long as it takes to notice a difference under your own hand.
Questions, Answered
How do I use it?
1. Warm the skin first. After a shower or bath is ideal — warm tissue responds better and the roller glides more easily.
2. Add oil or lotion. A few drops is enough. Never use it on completely dry skin.
3. Roll slowly upward. Work one area at a time for about three minutes — thighs, glutes, or stomach.
4. Start light. Build pressure gradually over the first week as your body adjusts.
Most people use Lumire three to five times a week. Consistency matters far more than intensity.
Will it hurt?
It shouldn't. On warm, oiled skin, firm pressure should feel like a deep massage — intense, but not painful. If it hurts, you're pressing too hard or the skin is too dry.
Some people notice mild redness afterward, which usually fades within the hour. If you see bruising, that's a signal to ease off the pressure rather than push through it.
What results should I expect?
Lumire is a massage tool, not a medical treatment. With regular use, most people report that skin feels firmer and looks smoother in texture.
It won't change your body composition — no roller will. Results vary with skin type, consistency, and how long you've been using it. If it isn't doing anything for you within 30 days, send it back.
Who shouldn't use this?
Please don't use Lumire if you are pregnant, taking blood thinners, or have varicose veins, fragile capillaries, a significant cardiovascular condition, or a current or recent cancer diagnosis.
Avoid broken skin, open wounds, or recent scars. If you're unsure whether it's right for you, check with your doctor first — we'd rather you ask.
How is it different from a foam roller?
A foam roller flattens tissue with broad, even pressure. Lumire's paired rollers work in opposition — gathering and lifting the skin, then releasing and smoothing it as you move.
Different motion, different purpose. Many people use both.
